Rhett Miller
In 2002 Old 97’s frontman Rhett Miller released his first solo album, The Instigator. With its lush, romantic songs and quirky metaphors it quickly became a favorite among music critics and fans alike. Miller rejoined his band mates for the Old 97’s highly praised Drag It Up in 2004, but returned to make a second solo release, The Believer, in 2006. Miller is currently in studio with the Old 97’s working on a new album, while at the same time recording his third solo release. Both are due out in 2008.
