    97's sheet music

    Hi all,

I'm new to the forum, but a fan for years. This past summer, I took up the fiddle. I'm still really squeaky, but loving it all the same. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of sheet music available for Old 97's tunes? I have found a few websites for guitar chords, but those don't translate so well to the violin. I think the best way to get better at playing is to play things you really like. Any recommendations to help me move beyond my "twinkle, twinkle, little star " phase?

    Thanks,

    Cbear

Not sure if they ever made sheet music available for their stuff - try Sam Ash.com - Most of the tabs are incorrect anyway... look for ones with multiple versions since people correct the original all the time. I would love to see a guitar tab section added to this thing. Tired of looking at Rhett's fingers and trying to see what he is doing LOL

I doubt you'll find any Old 97's sheet music.  If you want new things to try, though, musicmoose.org has some free online lessons that are pretty good.
