Been a fan since I first saw the band by sheer coincidence at Trees
in Deep Ellum back in the Spring of '96. My wife and I were walking through the area looking for
a place to hang out and I saw a sign for a place that had a Grateful
Dead cover band. My wife quickly steered me across the street to my
future obsession.
Since then, I've seen them in Ft. Worth, Chicago, Atlanta
(at least four shows), Athens Georgia (at least twice), Cleveland, and
Buffalo (twice). I'm sure I've left a few off. The FW show was free so
I scheduled a trip to my company's facilities in Dallas only to find
out that the tickets were not available to the general public. So I
called the radio station and was fortunate enough to get hold of a guy
who took pity on me and met me at the box office with a ticket.
Check out my post in General 97's chat if anyone is interested in trading live sets. I don't have much, need more, much more, a lot more!
Me like hockey!
