As promised, more dates have been confirmed for the Blame It On Gravity tour. These include another stop in N. Carolina, as well as stops in Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts. The Old97s.com Store is currently pre-selling tickets to all these shows. Check out the Tour page for date and venue information, and then head over to the Tickets page in the Store to pick up your tickets now.

Presale tickets are also still available for shows in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Delaware and the guys' other dates in N. Carolina. Most of these presales will be ending on Friday, so get your tickets now, before they go on sale to the public.

I am going nuts!  A long planned trip to Italy and of course Old 97's are playing my city (San Diego) while I'm gone. Waaaah!   I've looked at their updated tour schedule and have noticed they are not playing in Arizona or Nevada yet. .. Any chances that will pop up later?  I may have to fly up to Seattle to see them over Labor Day if nothing is planned for the Southwest.. Any clues???

i really wish i could help you out, but i honestly have no idea when or where new dates will be. new show info is only passed on to be posted on the site once it's confirmed and once it is confirmed, we post about it on the site and send out a newsletter immediately. if you haven't signed up for 97's mailing list yet, you can do so here: http://www.old97s.com/Mailinglist/

I guess I'll have to live with that!  I did see that they were playing at the Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle, on Sept 1 according to their MySpace tour annoucements. Is that confirmed?  I don't see it on the Bumbershoot  line up yet and it's not here either....  I just might like to take the trek up there.
